Bill responds quickly to questions, delivers and sets up the RV before arrival with AC on, provides thorough tours and instructions, and helps resolve any issues effortlessly, ensuring a smooth experience.
Clean, well-stocked, comfortable RV
Delivered very clean with AC cooling, the RV is well-equipped with towels, sheets, kitchen utensils, coffee pot, pots, pans, and toilet paper. It provides comfortable space for a family of 5, including bunk beds, with all features functioning well.

3.0Mr. McGill was great! Before the trip we had some questions and he responded to them very quick. A couple of days before we were to arrive in Port A we touched base with him, passed on the info of check-in time at the Rv park and our estimated time of arrival. When we arrived the trailer was set up and the ac units on and already cooling! The trailer was very clean and ready to go with towels, sheets, kitchen utensils, coffee pot, etc. The trailer and set up contributed to our trip perfectly 5-stars for sure!
