Communicative, mixed service quality
Melissa was praised for good communication on issues. However, guests experienced inflexible returns, incomplete water tank fills, and pre-rental vehicle problems.
Suffered multiple operational and cleanliness issues
The RV had a busted water tank, leaking faucet, tripping AC, and an ant infestation. Guests also noted a greasy cooking station and sewage problems.

1.0Rental had issues prior to picking up, jack didn’t work, water holding tank busted water leaking and faucet leaking in bathroom. They capped line to bathroom sink so we had to use kitchen sink to do everything! Asked for tank to be filled up with fresh water, they only filled half tank, ran out of water in one day of a weekend trip. Unit was infested with ants in kitchen and cabinets. Gray and black water tank valves were left open and capped. When went to remove caps got soaked with sewage water! Can honestly say that I would never rent from them again!
