Unreliable preparation, inflexible returns
Host failed to properly prepare the RV (sewage valves open, water tank half-full, capped sink) and exhibited inflexibility with return schedules. One reviewer noted good communication on issues.
Multiple unresolved maintenance and pests
Vehicle presented significant problems including a broken jack, busted water tank, leaking faucet, and tripping AC. Guests reported ant infestation, greasy cooking area, and hazardous conditions with open sewage valves and half-filled water tank.

1.0Rental had issues prior to picking up, jack didn’t work, water holding tank busted water leaking and faucet leaking in bathroom. They capped line to bathroom sink so we had to use kitchen sink to do everything! Asked for tank to be filled up with fresh water, they only filled half tank, ran out of water in one day of a weekend trip. Unit was infested with ants in kitchen and cabinets. Gray and black water tank valves were left open and capped. When went to remove caps got soaked with sewage water! Can honestly say that I would never rent from them again!
