Jennifer provides clear YouTube video instructions, is responsive and accommodating, especially for first-time renters, and flexible with pickup/drop-off.

The van handles beautifully and is self-sufficient with solar power for off-grid trips. It features a comfortable bed, composting toilet, and induction stove. Noted for being built for tall people, but lacks rear AC and has low shower pressure. It uses regular gas.

5.0Jennifer was great and the van was fantastic for our trip. She made it easy to pickup, sent youtube video instructions prior to pick up (really good idea), had everything ready for us, and drop off was even easier. My only complaint was that the shower was really low pressure (understandable since it's running off of a water pump). I would definitely rent again if I had a trip that required one.
