Practically brand new 30ft Class C with beautiful interior. Ford E450 with a Triton V10 engine and backup camera, leather seats. 2 slides and 3 electric awnings. Full outdoor kitchen with TV. Large pull through storage compartments. Front and rear power leveling jacks. Fully stocked kitchen with 3 burner oven, stove, large fridge and freezer. Large private master bedroom with comfortable queen bed, a second queen bed above the driver and passenger seats, and two convertible full beds sleeping 8 total. A large full bathroom with shower, vanity and toilet. A/c and heater, sealing fan. Too many amenities to list...check out the pictures to see for yourself because she's a real beauty!!55 gallon fuel tank, 44 gallon fresh water tank, 39 gallon gray and black tanks and 9.8 gallon propane tank.100 miles included per night and then .35 cents per mile after that.When you rent from us at Lake RV you can rest assured each and every unit is sanitized through our 3 step process following CDC guidelines, includes a fully stocked/sanitized kitchen and includes 24/7 roadside assistance with each unit if something went wrong. We are a reputable company with tons of great reviews online so there is accountability when using us and we take great pride in our units and we will ensure you do as well when we go through our detailed orientation on your rental unit.Be sure to ask about our delivery/setup service to your campsite. We are a family owned and operated RV Rental, Sales and Storage business just outside the gates of Canyon Lake, CA and also known as Lake RV Storage & Rentals.
