Upon pickup, he took the time to thoroughly explain how everything worked, which gave me total peace of mind before hitting the road. His help and hospitality set a wonderful tone for the entire trip. As for the RV itself, it was in perfect condition. Every single feature—from the AC to the kitchen and hookups—worked flawlessly without a single issue. We took this trip with our 1-year-old, and the RV provided the perfect level of comfort for him. Having a safe, cozy, and reliable space made traveling with a toddler completely stress-free. It truly felt like a home away from home. I will definitely look to rent this exact RV again for our next family adventure.
