5.0Dale was super responsive and friendly with any questions I had leading up to the trip. He did a great job explaining how to use all the features of the RV before we got on our way. Would definitely rent from him again!

2.0Dale, the host, was very nice and helpful. Unfortunately, the RV was not in great condition. We were told on the day of pickup that the RV we booked was not available due to a tire issue and we were put in a different RV. This one had several windows closed with duct tape on the outside to prevent them opening. One had cardboard taped in the place where the glass used to be. The backup camera didn't work. The water heater didn't work. The grey tank was leaking heavily all over the road. The refrigerator only worked on the electric setting and didn't cool on the gas setting. The gauges for the tanks (grey, black, and fresh) didn't work. The carplay/navigation thing doesn't work. The toilet didn't work correctly and eventually ran over getting water on our things. The tape came loose on one of the windows while driving, which meant one of our family had to hold it manually to keep it from flopping while we found a store, bought more tape, and resealed the window.

5.0Dale was great! Super accommodating and has a spectacular choice of RVs. He was very responsive to my questions during the rental process and flexible when our plans changed slightly. We’re already talking about our next trip with the To The Max Camper!

5.0Dale, and his rig was Fantastic! Incredibly friendly and accommodating. If I rent another RV in the area I would quite literally plan my trip around making sure I could rent from Dale again. If 6 starts was an option it is what I would pick!
