Dale and Tari Maxfield have been in the Service Industry for over 40 years. We have raised five children and now enjoy being empty nesters. We operate restaurants, food truck, Alpaca Farm, and the RV Rentals. We are very active in everything we do and are very involved with community.

This is the kicker. NO HOT WATER. We called and Dale said it has always worked. We did everything he said to do. It never worked. For $290 a night I expect HOT WATER! After calling tech support, we fixed the hot water! The hot water heater had been winterized and not turned back on. Luckily we had tools to fix the situation.

Dale, the host, was very nice and helpful. Unfortunately, the RV was not in great condition. We were told on the day of pickup that the RV we booked was not available due to a tire issue and we were put in a different RV. This one had several windows closed with duct tape on the outside to prevent them opening. One had cardboard taped in the place where the glass used to be. The backup camera didn't work. The water heater didn't work. The grey tank was leaking heavily all over the road. The refrigerator only worked on the electric setting and didn't cool on the gas setting. The gauges for the tanks (grey, black, and fresh) didn't work. The carplay/navigation thing doesn't work. The toilet didn't work correctly and eventually ran over getting water on our things. The tape came loose on one of the windows while driving, which meant one of our family had to hold it manually to keep it from flopping while we found a store, bought more tape, and resealed the window.

Dale was very helpful throughout our trip. He spent time explaining all the functions of the vehicle. We had a blast renting this vehicle for a trip. It was comfortable and very easy to drive. This vehicle was EVERYTHING we wanted.

We loved the ease of use! Dale was excellent in his educational pre trip details. The RV was very clean and had pots and pans, utensils and linens available. Water and propane were full. Dual AC was awesome for the heat of the weekend! Pick up and return was super easy!
