Alexander is very nice. The rv did the job, the outside temperature was pretty cold so we would have appreciated more winter blankets. The heating system operates well but pretty noisy.

Alexander goes into detail to explain all the features of the RV and how everything works which is a great comfort when setting up. He is a wonderful host and the RV is very clean and very well looked after. Will certainly consider renting from him again.

Alexander obviously takes care of his RV, so we returned the favor. He went through a thorough walk-thru of the equipment. It was our first time in an RV, and he answered our FaceTime call to make sure we were doing this right. Would definitely rent again.
