Karina is available 24/7 via phone/text, provides clear instructions, is flexible with pickup/return arrangements, and offers reasonable rates for extra mileage/generator. Many guests would rent from her again.

Guests praised the RV for being easy to drive, handling well, and its manageable size for parking. It is clean and comfortable with good AC. Some noted minor interior wear, a non-functional dinette USB, and grey/black water sensors.

4.0Excellent communication with Karina. Support available 24/7. RV interior was more used and worn than expected. Eg the peeling laminate on table surface and kitchen counter. For future transparency, the listing could include more detailed photos of the interior damage. The usb port in the dinette table did not work. The sensors for the grey and black water did not function. Overall it was clean and drove well, no mechanical issues. It accommodated my family of 4 adults. Parking in lots and campsites was not difficult. In the end I probably wouldn’t rent this specific RV but I would definitely rent from Karina again.

5.0We had a fabulous 2 week vacation in this RV. Our dog loved it too! The biggest complaint on this app is a lack of communication with the RV owners. That wasn’t a problem with Karina. She was available for questions 24/7. Her customer service was well beyond any service we’ve used and we are in the hospitality business. Her prices are very reasonable and the cost for extra mileage and generator use are less than most of the other ones. We will be renting this RV again. I hear the campground in the Keys is a good spot. Thank you Karina for a wonderful experience.

5.0We had a great trip in Karina's RV, taking my parents to visit family in another state. Karina was very helpful and available for questions by phone and text. (The A/C kept the RV nice and cool while we slept.) We would rent from Karina again.
