Like new, non-smoker, perfect size for your little family. First off, let me say that you do not need to be scared of renting a trailer, I will gladly take the time the evening before the reservation to show you the ropes. Easy to pull and set up with power awning, power slide, and power tongue jack. Double sized bunk beds for bigger kiddos and extra memory foam mattress for the queen murphy bed that folds up to a couch for extra seating. Bluetooth stereo with dual zone speakers for inside and outside listening.-Small enough for mid-size SUV's with a tow-package
-Extra quiet propane inverter/generator that runs off the 2nd propane tank ($40 for the entire rental period)
-Bring your own bedding/sleeping bagsIncludes
-Two propane tanks
-Cooking and dining utensils
-Cook pans
-Table top Camp grill with side burner (Propane tanks included)
-Camp table for camp grill
-Dewalt power drill with bit for the Stabilizer jacks

Hello, we are a retired military family that believes in conservation and finds our happy place on Idaho Public Lands. We take great pride in our little camp trailer and love waking up without aching bodies. Peggy is a research scientist and I am in the the Health Technologies field and we've been back in Idaho since 2008 after being stationed abroad. Both our children will attend and play sports at Meridian High with this being our daughter's senior and our son's freshman year. We've tent camped every summer since moving back until last year when we bought our Sunset Trail and we are so glad we did. From Yellowstone National Park to Redfish Lake in the Sawtooths and Union Creek in the Umatilla National forest, we have made so many great memories and are thankful for many more to come. We are also thankful to be able to provide Outdoorsy families with similar opportunities, we look forward to reading your stories, seeing your pics, receiving your feedback.

The Martinez Family trailer was perfect! Clean and comfortable with all the accommodations. Louis was so responsive to our questions and flexible with our needs. He was very helpful and walked us through everything before we left to make sure we had a great weekend. We will definitely rent with Louis again if the opportunity arises!

Louis went ABOVE and BEYOND to make sure we had a great trip this past weekend! The RV is amazing and equipped with everything you knew and didn’t know that you would need while camping. It’s clean and very well taken care of. He also took the time to show my us how to use everything. We had such a great little family trip and we hope to rent this trailer from Louis again!
