Communicates clearly, very helpful
Brian provided great communication, made extra effort for guest entry, was accommodating for early pickup/late drop-off, and went over everything at pickup. He also tried to help when issues arose.
Easy to tow, well-suited camping
The RV was in great condition, easy to tow, and perfect for wilderness/dry camping. However, some users noted quirks, a cumbersome fold-out bed, and the lack of a physical owner's manual.

5.0Once we figured out the quirks with the trailer things were less frustrating. Paper owner's manul would have been helpful. When we couldn't figure out something we'd go to internet where there were videos. Unfortunately to answer one thing you'd have to watch the whole video and a couple of times the video didn't explain things clearly. Owners were good to work with and tried to help. Trailer worked well for dry camping. Personally I found the fold out bed to be cumbersom by taking up space making the room smaller and most likely won't use this type of trailer again. Overall a good trailer and had a great time.
