This fee is NOT a cleaning fee. Renters are required to clean the unit at the end of rental with the provided supplies (i.e. antibacterial spray, paper towels, broom/dust pan, vacuum). Any units left dirty will be charged $50/hr with a one-hour minimum.* If you leave the unit in a state that requires excessive cleaning, you will be charged up to $500.* We allow a maximum of TWO dogs. At no point should the dogs be left unattended in the camper unless they are kenneled. Being in an unfamiliar and enclosed space may cause anxiety resulting in potential damage to the unit. We also ask that the pets are not on the couch to avoid scratching of the leather. Please be courteous of this rule as these vehicles are extremely difficult to fix given the complexity and scarcity of parts. we had trouble with the refrigerator & the generator. Kevin tried to fix the problem but it consisted all week. We are experienced campers & we dealt with it. We will book again next year

Kevin is correct when he said All you will ever need, the camper was exactly what we needed and had everything you could need to camp,all we needed was our clothes and ready to camp. Kevin was very great to work with and would recommend to rent from him, we will definitely be renting from him again.
