It was great, just what we needed for our staff to have onsite for our festival. It worked just like we. It really helped when we got rained out on Sunday's festival. Because it was a festival at one site, we did not move anywhere, but we still enjoyed the use of the unit.

It was a great camping trip. This is my 2nd time using First Class RV and it was a very good experience. Camper was as described/shown in photographs. Everything worked good. Good service and communication!

Better mattresses! It wasnt much thicker than a comforter. I brought a 2 inch topper and it was still VERY hard. Have the owner remove personal items. Every cabinet had owners items including children's books, life vest, many pots, bowls, cups and coffee. A few pots and utensils are fine. Booking, drop off and pick up (you transported), friendliness, discount and payment were great! A nice touch was turning on the fridge and the rugs! Adding an extension cord and adapter for electric hookup ( I borrowed someones) and a front stablizer (borrowed a bottle jack) would also be fantastic as would having a screen on the window above the bed. Overall a great experience for a long time RV camper.

The Tranquil Trekker was perfect for our much needed vacation. As first time renters we found the process from beginning to end was very easy, the camper was perfect size, looked brand new and was very comfortable. Towing it to our camping location was also very easy, as it is lightweight and not a burden to pull with our truck. The hookup at the campground was simple- very self explanatory. Dropping it off was simple too!

The booking was really easy and online process was smooth. Everything was explained to me when I arrived for pick up. From properly hooking up to truck to a full thorough walk through of the RV inside and out! Everything went better than expected and its nice having a number to call or text if anything happens or you have additional questions on the rental unit. Will definitely rent again, my kids and wife loved our new outdoor adventure.

This is the second year my family has used First Class RVs services and they are absolutely INCREDIBLE! First Class is always prompt, allowing us to stay right on schedule and squeeze as much time as a family comfortably in the clean and beautiful camper. I would recommend First Class to anyone who wants to camp but does not have an RV of their own... In fact I already have! Thank you again folks, will be talking again next season for sure.
