Responsive and communicative staff
Owner Thomas (MTRV Rentals) and staff are consistently described as nice, excellent, and great to work with. They maintain good communication, confirming details and responding quickly to questions.
Significant comfort and cleanliness issues
Despite being described as 'beautiful' and 'perfect size', the RV has significant issues: a horrible, stained mattress; cleanliness problems (sand, dirty shower); minimal galley equipment; and a non-functional TV/antenna.

3.0The galley equipment was minimal but we appreciated the Keurig coffee maker. The mattress is horrible. My back, shoulders and hips may never recover! We didn’t understand why the rig had a tv and Windgard antenna system that did not work! A briefing on that would have been nice. Thanksgiving Day football was important! Ideally, staff would come by on the day of delivery or next day to answer questions. We enjoyed the stay overall. Thanks!

4.0Nice camper just had a few issues. Need to replace mattress pad it had several stains on it. Sand on the floors when we arrived. Did not have the cleaning supplies that were mentioned. Had to clean shower before we used it.

5.0The entire process was super easy and our little family had a wonderful vacation. The RV we picked was beautiful and perfect size for 2 adults and 2 littles (Arcadia). MTRV Rentals confirmed everything and delivered promptly. They also responded quickly when we had a question during our stay. We would definitely use your services again.
