While they were responsive to help with other minor issues that came up over the trip, we were disappointed in the camper itself and that they knew about the water leak in main bedroom saying we have had it looked at but cannot find the cause. The couch was peeling and not what we expected to walk into.

This was the best camper!! I hope it’s still available when rent again. It was clean and we didn’t have to do anything. It was all set up and have a lot included so that we didn’t have to bring a lot. Camping chairs, camping mats for outside, they were even umbrellas. It was great!!

Overall we were pleased with the rental and would rent again. We were disappointed as the black tank was not emptied and sanitized from previous use so someone had to come dump the tank. Also the outside flat top griddle was not cleaned and i had to clean it myself before use.

Making the reservation was simple. The equipment and process was just as described. We got a text about an hour before we arrived letting us know everything was ready for us. Leaving was just as easy. We followed the instructions given to us and texted we were out. Communication was great. Overall a great vacation and great experience.

We could not be more pleased! This was our first time renting a trailer but not our first time camping. This gave us the perfect opportunity to try things out for ourselves, instead of relying on our dear friends. We camp at Lakewood Family Campground in Myrtle Beach and you must use one of their approved vendors for a rental. MTRV's website was by far the easiest to use. Their information is clear, their FAQs cover just about everything you can think of, and the booking process was simple - not to mention, if you have pets, their trailers are 100% pet friendly! This may cause some to question, me too, but, the trailer was clean, smelled fresh, there was no sign of previous pets. We rented a 2021 and it could have been a current model it was in such fantastic condition. They handled the set up, and they even came to dump the black water tank mid week. Any questions I had, Tom and his team immediately responded back - they were a joy to work with and we have already booked for next year! If you want amazing customer service and a quality RV rental experience, book with MTRV!

We had a great experience with this camper. There were no issues with it or the rental company that was renting to us. It was a little dirty inside so we had to clean a majority of it before we settled in. Other than that we enjoyed ourselves.

Tom saved our vacation after we had an accident with our motorhome. The trailer was put on the site quickly, it was spotlessly clean and the air conditioning was on and cool when we arrived. Tom and his team saved our vacation!

Nice camper just had a few issues. Need to replace mattress pad it had several stains on it. Sand on the floors when we arrived. Did not have the cleaning supplies that were mentioned. Had to clean shower before we used it.

Was not cleaned floors nasty back bath was not hooked up to sewer and over folded from out door sink. This camper has two tanks one for back shower and another for front shower. The TV connection would not work . had one TV in den worked had to run cable threw door to directly to TV . microwave shorted out behind keyboard making sparks and burning smell. Other than that verry nice camper. Another thing the last person before us left cups with dried milk and food on dishes making ants entering in kitchen . we gave the floors a deep cleaning took two people 3 hours to half way to make it usable. Also one of shades was broken from people before us . not saying anything bad about mtrv just saying people just nasty and don't care how they treat others property and respect future tenants . sorry had to let you known because honesty and telling like it is so it won't hurt your reputation and future tenants. Still think tom is the best in business. And will see you next year.
