Here’s a more personal version that puts more emphasis on what Lionel’s kindness meant to your family: We are truly so grateful to Lionel for helping make such a special experience possible for our family. This was our very first time renting and driving an RV, so naturally we were a little nervous and had lots of questions. From the very beginning, Lionel was incredibly patient, kind, and understanding. He never made us feel like we were asking too many questions and always took the time to make sure we felt comfortable and prepared. What we appreciated most was how attentive and available he was, not only before our trip but throughout it as well. Knowing we could reach out to him if we needed anything gave us such peace of mind and allowed us to simply enjoy the adventure with our kids. This trip ended up being so much more than just renting an RV. It gave us the opportunity to spend quality time together as a family, experience something completely new, and create beautiful memories with our kids that we’ll carry with us for years to come. Lionel, thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your patience, kindness, and for trusting our family with your RV. We will always be grateful that you played a part in making this experience so special for us. We couldn’t have asked for a better person to rent from for our first RV adventure, and we would recommend Lionel to anyone in a heartbeat! I can also make it  more emotional and natural-sounding, like something you wrote straight from the heart rather than a polished review.
