Just finished a week long trip about 2k miles. Almost everything went perfect. I had one issue late at night with AC (popped a breaker) and called Lionel. He answered right away and help me reset it(super easy). Lionel showed me a first time motorhome use how everything worked and was very laid back. Motorhome was ready on time, no surprise charges would 100% rent again.

Lionel was a great host. Everything was as advertised and the RV performed perfectly. Lionel was quick in his responses. I would refer anyone willing to travel via RV to Lionel. I look forward to future adventures with my family.

We had a great experience with the RV and with Lionel.
It was our first time renting an RV and Lionel took the time to show how everything works.
We had a question about the AC during our trip and Lionel was very responsive.

The original listing for pick up was in a different city than the host required us to pick up the vehicle, adding an hour to our commute for both pick up and drop off. The host also tried to charge us extra in the morning we were already on our way to pick up the RV and asked me to contact customer service rather than contacting them himself, only to find our payment was fine. This was on the way to pick up and he was unresponsive while I was contacting customer service and the entire morning despite us letting him know we were on the way. The RV was not very clean and had no bedding which we were not expecting. The RV itself was fine but then we got hit with a huge cleaning and fuel fee when Outdoorsy made no checkout rules obvious or that we should have done anything else before drop off. Would not book again

The RV was great and reliable! It really made our trip to the grand canyon special - Lionel was also able to answer every question we had and communicated with us so didn't worry at all.

Lionel was great to deal with and was quick at responding to my questions. The RV is really nice and was perfect for our three nights of camping!
