Hello hope all is well! Everything seen in pictures are included and more! As the first and only owner, my travel trailer is the perfect rig for your next planned venture. With 2 large slide outs for the living area to really open up around the island sink. Outside has LED awning lights, built in bluetooth speakers, and two large awnings for optimal shading (yard turf and outside rug will be available upon request) the living area has the space for a 43” TV above the electric fireplace (TV not provided) and all amenities available to ensure a completely comfortable vacation. I will be available 24/7 by phone to make sure any issues are addressed as soon as possible. Only use toilet paper provided. Only human waste and toilet paper goes down the toilet. No pets on furnitures, No party’s inside. 5 people maximum inside. No climbing on roof. Empty all tanks prior to return (use septic tank flush connection to rinse the septic tank. Keep septic drain valves shut unless dumping/flushing. Clean after yourself prior to returning. Defrost/dry out fridge and freezer prior to returning.

Communicative, flexible, and reliable host

Brendan responds quickly, is very communicative, and flexible with drop-off/pick-up times. He is reliable and even provided an additional AC unit for guest comfort.

Roomy, clean, and well-maintained trailer

Guests consistently found the trailer to be roomy, clean, and comfortable. It is in great condition and comes with a perfect amount of included supplies for a successful trip.

Brendan is an amazing host and was very communicative! He made sure our trip was comfortable (provided an additional AC unit) and was super flexible with drop-off and pick-up times. His trailer is in great condition and made our family camping trip a success. I’ll definitely be renting from him again!

Hi, can’t wait to meet you! I am active duty in the US Navy with about 10 years of experience as a mechanic. I bought this travel trailer in 2021 and I love it!
