Three slides make family time inside comfortable. The bunkroom has two oversized bunks and room to sprawl out and watch tv or play on the floor. Plenty of cabinet space and counter space for weekend fun or full time rv’ing. Equipped with an outside kitchen as well as a gourmet indoor kitchen, this unit includes a 16 cubic ft. refrigerator, an island, 30" stainless steel microwave, two hutches and great living space with a 40" LED Hdtv and fireplace below.
The full bathroom includes a space savings sliding door and linen storage, and the bedroom gives you a front walk-around queen bed with storage for your clothes on each side, plus there is an additional wardrobe with drawers.

Jamie is often praised for clear communication, accommodating needs, and timely setup/delivery. However, one guest reported a broken slide during a host-involved repair and was subsequently denied a refund.

3.0It started off great. Then the black tank got full and the owner had to come out to dump it. He insinuated we had filled it up super fast. There was two of us. There was no way we filled up 44 gallons of waste in 36 hours. As he was emptying it he heard a noise and one of the slides broke so we were unable to use the kitchen area for the last 24 hours of our trip. When we asked for a one day refund we were denied.

5.0My family and I very much enjoyed our stay in Ocotillo thanks to this rental. I booked well in advance and kept in contact with the owner. They delivered the rental trailer on time and hooked everything up at our space in the Leapin' Lizard RV Park. The trailer was clean and had everything we needed for preparing meals indoor and outdoor. The air conditioning worked so well compared to my sister's rental trailer next to us. This was much appreciated considering it was still hot at in the middle of October. I definitely would recommend this rental and would love to rent it again myself at one point.
