Highly communicative and supportive
Mikel is consistently praised for being responsive, patient, and proactive, answering questions, offering flexible pickup/drop-off, providing extras, and assisting with troubleshooting or refunds.
Drives well for an RV
The 2021 Jayco Redhawk performs well, even over mountain passes, and includes wired Apple CarPlay. It has noted issues with non-functional tank gauges, inefficient AC, and past electrical/water pump problems. It's well-used with some interior wear.

5.0Mikel was a great host. Communicative and pro-active. Very down to earth. The rig (2021 Jayco Redhawk) is well used, but still ready for adventure. It's got some quirks but nothing that stopped us from having a great trip. Grey and Blackwater tank gauges don't work, so its hard to know how full you are if you aren't on full hookups. Some of the interior is a little beat up, but our family of 6 had a fantastic time. This was our first RV rental, and RV Trip. It drove great over mountain passes. Has wired AppleCarplay (Just make sure your cable isn't JUST a charging cable, needs data transfer too). I assume Android Auto also works.

5.0Mikel is a nice owner to deal with. flexible pick up and drop off time. RV is well maintained and equipped. whole process work out smoothly. Mikel is also very responsive and patient to all ur questions esp for first time rv novice. recommend

5.0From the beginning, Mike was very communicative… answering any question we had as this was the first time I have rented an RV. Stayed in touch with us along the way when we had minor questions about the vehicle during our trip. Really appreciated the personal touch and delivering the RV to us at the airport as timing worked out well on both ends. The RV worked out great for us as we toured the big five parks in southern Utah… enjoyed having it as our vehicle and our home for our epic bucket list trip. I’d highly recommend renting from Mike👍🏼
