Benedict was friendly and organized. He allowed us to drop off the RV later without an additional charge which we really appreciated. The RV is very old, older than we expected. The engine runs fine but the fridge doesn't work so we lost all our food. The shower "technically" turns on but had no hot water and turned off when you raised the little showerhead above your waste. The overhang was broken and didn't work so had given us a tent but it seemed like too much effort to put it up.
