Richard seems to be a nice guy but at the end was not, the RV is having clearly mechanical issues that concern our safety, any light of the RV was working and specially driving at night was very unsafe, also the right back wheel sometimes is bumping a lot and making all the RV shake even the cover cap of the wheel spin off and Richard charge us for that which is not fare, also left front wheel is making sounds in the middle of the road, hot water never work even if we turn the gas on plus turn the switch on, however I will NOT recommend rent it, I would prefer spend a little more for a newer RV.

Rich is a great communicator. The RV is old but running great and very spacious that easily accommodates 2 adults and 2 youths. New fridge worked great. We completed about 1000km trip for 5 days. Vancouver - Joffrey Lake - Alice Lake - Victoria - Vancouver. Cheers!!

RV was spacious and easy to drive, and has been updated nicely on the inside. I am quite tall (6'4") and was able to stand in most places in the unit, as well as fit in the bed stretched out - which is certainly not possible in a lot of RV's and campers. Host was responsive and easy to work with as well, and pick up and drop off went smoothly.
