• Coffee & Breakfast: Each unit includes a coffee maker (Keurig or drip depending on the camper) and a toaster.

Kevin is reliable, handling last-minute requests and communicating well. He quickly addresses issues, as implied by his response to a hot water problem, and has repeat customers.

The camper was accurately represented in photos and generally functional, with 'everything worked good'. One guest reported a temporary issue with hot water which the owner implied was easily resolvable.

It was a great camping trip. This is my 2nd time using First Class RV and it was a very good experience. Camper was as described/shown in photographs. Everything worked good. Good service and communication!

No Smoking: Smoking inside the unit is strictly prohibited. If any evidence of smoking is found, a service fee of $500 will be deducted from your security deposit, along with any additional cleaning costs. Roof Access: Guests are not permitted on the roof of the unit. Speed Limits: Please adhere to all posted speed limits. Preparation and Sanitation Fee: A mandatory charge of $100 will apply for preparation and sanitation. This is not a cleaning fee; the unit must be cleaned by the renters. Pet Policy: Bringing a pet into the unit without prior approval will result in a $500 fine, deducted from your security deposit. Waste Tank Charges: A $100 fee will be applied if the unit is returned with a full black or gray tank. Late Return Penalty: If the unit is returned late or if you have not completely vacated the unit by the designated pickup time, a penalty of $50 per hour will be charged.
