2020 Update: Due to Covid-19, Linen/Cookware and Utensils are no longer provided. We are now providing two filled 20lb propane tanks as a replacement.Ultra Lite (3900lb Dry Weight), this Coachmen Apex 208BHS offers all of the amenities of home in a compact trailer. The front bedroom hosts a residential size 60x80 Queen murphy bed with windows placed for cross ventilation and a front window. In the back is a pair of double sized bunk beds that can accommodate 2-3 additional guests. The dining table converts into a Twin size bed, allowing up to 2 people full leg extension.Free/Clean Energy:
This RV has a 700ah Solar battery bank with 38amp capable solar panel array. The included inverter is capable of powering the TV, Microwave and lower amperage A/C devices utilizing the AC outlets throughout the RV. Battery bank size is fully cable of 2-3 days of power, not including the solar energy generated during the day.
Note: If you're doing "dry-camping", make sure you have enough energy/gas for your needs. See below for more details.
Note: Inverter is of the Modified Sine Wave type. Not acceptable for Medical equipment or sensitive appliances.Dry Camping:
* There are two 30lb tanks of propane, capable of providing days of furnace and burner use.

For the Burning Man dates, this trailer will have a Low Jack type of service (GPS Tracking).
Please be honest upfront so that you do not lose your deposit. Playa dust is easily noticeable.* Minimum Rental
Due to the high demand for Burning Man, long term rentals will take priority over short term rentals. The minimum rental is 7 days.* Cleaning Fee
There is a mandatory cleaning fee. The amount differs based on a the return inspection. The "Playa Dust" is harsh on everything. The more you protect against Playa Dust, the more you save on cleaning fees.
$300 - If no obvious signs of playa dust are found, a medium level detail will be required to clean the trailer.
Entire Deposit- If Floors, Window and Vents are not covered and playa dust is found in these areas, a deep cleaning service will be required.* Deposit
Due to the high risk of damage at Burning Man, there is a minimum $2000 deposit. The deposit is fully refundable as long as there is no damage to the trailer. Please see past Burner rentals for feedback.
