About M&S Outdoor Adventures
We are a small business focusing on Peer to Peer Travel Trailer Rentals. Our rentals are newer Ultra Lite 2018-2019 Travel Trailers. These models are towable by most SUV's and Mid size trucks. Additionally, we upgrade all our trailers for "Dry Camping" capabilities, allowing families to enjoy the amenities of home without the noise and pollution of generators.

Ricardo is great to work with. The RV is in pretty good shape, with a few minor hiccups. Overall, we had a great trip with a great RV -- and Ricardo made the pick up and drop off painless and easy.

The RV was very clean and ready to go. Ricardo explained everything well and was very responsive to any questions. The layout of this trailer worked great for our family of 4 with a 5 yr old and 1 yr old.

We had quite a few snafus with Outdoorsy regarding paperwork but the owner, Ricardo, was wonderful! He arrived at our campsite and had to maneuver the trailer and truck several times in order to park the trailer correctly. He is a master at that! On the second day, the water pump stopped working and Ricardo drove all the way back down from San Jose to Big Sur to replace it! Great service and he smiled the whole time! We offered him a tip but he refused to take it! We loved the trailer and it provided us with a little bit of the "comforts of home" while we enjoyed the natural surroundings of pines, redwoods, and the coastal area. Thank you, Ricardo!

Ricardo was great. Prompt, informative, and helpful. His trailer was also great. We didn't have any issues and my family of 5 was comfortable the entire time. Definitely will consider Ricardo for our next rental.

The Winnebago was clean, fully functional, and in good mechanical condition. It was a good size for our family of 4 (kids are 2 and 1) and the layout made it a great space when we needed to escape the heat during the day. Ricardo was very thorough with the walkthrough and explained the functionality of the camper very well. He was flexible with pickup and drop off times and was available by phone anytime we had questions. I would highly recommend this trailer from Ricardo and would gladly rent from him again.

We had a very pleasant experience with the Winnebago Bunkhouse! Ricardo delivered it to our friends' driveway in Palo Alto and got us up-to-speed on the ins and outs of it. We slept in it and left our stuff in there, but largely used their house for most of our needs. It was a great way to visit friends who don't have an extra bedroom! Very comfortable - I slept really well in the trailer each night.

I am really glad to have this opportunity to travel with Richardo's Trailer. We went to Death Valley, Zion, Bryce, and Powell. The trailer is nice, cozy, clean, and with plenty of space for storing. Richardo is very gental and nice. He provided me lots of important information, dropped off and picked up the trailer on time(I am kind of time controller so very happy about this point). Richardo responsed my questions very quickly and patiently, since I am very concerned about if my SUV is OK for this trailer. Richardo also brought a weight balance for me without any charge. The last thing that I am very happy about is that I don't have to worry about the black water things before I returned it. Because everytime I rent a RV or things like that, I always have difficulties with empting the black water, since sometimes it is hard to find a dump station within a city. Abover all, I highly recommended Richardo's Trailer and definitly will rent again in the future.

This was our first RV trailer trip and we had an amazing experience. This RV had everything we were looking for, right from the size and weight to any amenities we may have needed. On top of this, Ricardo is hell of a host - he is responsive, works with you around your schedule and a big big big proponent of making the customer feel comfortable. I would definitely rent out his trailer again whenever the need arises.

We reserved Ricardo’s RV for a family vacation two weeks ago (Aug 4, 2020) and now, two weeks before our trip, Ricardo cancelled our reservation without warning. Upon discovering the cancellation (Aug 17), we reached out to Ricardo to ask if he had indeed cancelled our reservation or if this was some mistake; but after 28 hours, we still have not received a response. Consequently, we were left scrambling to find a new trailer at the last minute - And as many of you Outdoorsy users know, that is not an easy task, especially when limited by location, size of camper, and dry camping requirements. No we do not recommend renting from Ricardo.
