Thanks and GOD Bless the USA!!!Beautiful, new, modern Interior- hardwood floors, oven, microwave, Keurig coffee maker. Stocked w/ water bottles and coffee and a few types of snacks. Full size fridge w/ ice box ice maker, King size bed, 2 reclining chairs with heat, vibration, 2 chairs that pull out to another bed , TV , fireplace - theatre seating, 2 a/c units, zone 1/2/3 surround sound Dolby digital sound bar. Granite counters, super slide out and super awning w/ led lighting. Walk in shower and outdoor kitchen area mounting gas grill for convenience w/ outdoor LP gas snap-in valve. (Fits 4 comfortably and optional air mattress in living room/kitchen area to sleep 6) outdoor shower, washer/dryer hookups (must have your own wash/dryer *coming in fall 2021 will have stocked) pull out flatscreen tv w/ dvd/Blu-ray - pantry/stocked with most kitchen utensils, dishes, and cooking supplies provided. Cleaning supplies stocked. Extra hoses - 15 amp and 30 amp “dogbone” available if needed as this is a 50 amp unit (two separate AC/heat units) *delivery setup fees may apply* text for details 918 616 16eightnine- tutorial on setup and walk through demonstration on how to use included with delivery/setup.
-plz call/text and negotiate delivery terms if possible prior to booking (gas prices will dictate)
-comes with option of bedding/pillows/bath towels for your convenience (I’ll ask prior to trip)
-I leave a few fishing rods in the outdoor storage for the kids to jerk perch or whatever.
-please return back in same condition as it was given to you (if it’s not clean the cleaning charge of $75 will be taken from the security deposit)
