At drop off, had to wait over an hour to have rv set up because owner did not have 50 amp to 30 amp adapter(owner was notified that site was a 30 amp site.) The rv was not very cleaned. The refrigerator smelled horrible. Shower was dirty and rv was not set up leveled! Was told that i didn’t have a good site and to sleep on opposite end of bed due to rv not being leveled. You could feel the rv leaning. Stabilizers/levelers were not used as they looked damaged. I have rented before from others and have always had the rv leveled. I was not informed I’d get a separate charge for filling the fresh water tank and dumping gray and black tanks before the trip. I did inform owner that site ONLY had electric(30 amp). I tried using hot water and that didn’t work as owner did not set it up on delivery. After I called him, I was told how to turn it on and to wait 15-20 minutes for water to heat up. Still did not work. Super frustrating as I have 3 young children and there was only cold water. After telling Caleb when he came to pick up the rv, he told me that I should have called him again because water heater probably tripped the breaker at the front of the rv. (Which I agree I should have but was super frustrated with everything going on with the rv already.) Communication with owner was horrible. I booked 6 months in advance and when it was a week before my trip date, I contacted owner to go over everything needed for a smooth trip and never got a response. I had to contact outdoorsy on 3 separate occasions to get owner to reply. Would not recommend renting from Caleb. Seems like everything was rushed. He said he had not seen the rv since the last renter. I assumed as an owner, the rv would be checked after every renter and before each trip to make sure that everything needed is there. I was also charged for damaging the dinette table that I still have not yet receive pictures of. I cleaned the the rv before I gave the keys back and did not see any damages to the table as I did not use the table at all. I told him that I was not going to eat or cook in the rv at all.

Great experience with the RV, and all my dealings with Caleb. Really great guy, and will always go above and beyond for his renters. Will definitely be using him again next year!

This camper was exactly as described. We really liked the residential refrigerator with ice maker. Everything worked as it should and we had no issues at all. Communication with Caleb was superb. The camper was very clean when we picked it up and we felt safe traveling in it.

I cannot tel you how thankful I am for Caleb! This was our first time to rent a camper for a vacation. The first booking contacted and said that the rental had been wrecked by the previous renter and I contacted Caleb immediately. He responded right away and was instantly willing to help us out! Even when he was having some personal issues with family, he still made sure that our weekend went off without a hitch! The unit is amazing and very well maintained! We will definitely be using Caleb again for our vacation rental!!

What a great weekend! The camper was absolutely beautiful and provided such a perfect getaway for our family. We were super new at this and a bit nervous as what to expect, but Caleb couldn’t have been more pleasant and helpful. I’m already looking at weekends so we can rent again! The camper had plenty of room, was incredibly comfortable and sparkling clean. Thanks Caleb for everything! Until next time 😀

We loved experiencing our vacation in Caleb’s RV. It was a hot week and the air conditioning was awesome! We loved relaxing in the beautiful and spacious vehicle. It was clean and well stocked with kitchen basics and cleaning supplies too which is great since we had it for an extended stay. I especially loved the ice maker and being able to play music through the high quality Bluetooth sound system. Caleb was a great host for our first experience renting an RV. He was quick to respond to all my questions in advance of our booking as well being a good communicator throughout the experience. I hope to rent this RV from Caleb again in the future.

We really enjoyed the RV. It was very clean and everything that was published was accurate. It was modern and especially enjoyed the recliners and and fireplace. Caleb was wonderful to work with also. Would recommend this RV rental.

This RV is absolutely awesome. So clean and roomy. The full size refrigerator with ice maker made cooking and storing cold drinks so nice. I was so impressed with the tv reception. We loved the radio that could be heard in 3 different zones—-living, bedroom, and outside. The comfortable recliners made rainy days inside relaxing and comfortable. Also there was lots of storage so we did not feel crowded. The bathroom/shower was very nice.

Wow! What an amazing review... Almost as awesome as these renters! Seriously, they were fantastic. Easy going, clean, super w/ communication and so flexible on handoff and departure both! They obviously are no “rookies” with how to operate and take care of a camper! They were my longest stationary customers yet and seemed so appreciative! Thanks for the tip! 🤝🙌🏻😎

Had a great experience with our first time renting a camper. Caleb was great! He set everything up and walked us through how to use everything. The camper was very nice and just as described. Definitely recommend!

To start of with spent half the day trying to get the stove to work.come to find out both the propane tanks where empty!!!! Contacted Caleb he said it was not his responsibility to provide propane.WOW REALLY!!!! What am I paying for then? When we took the RV back called him at 9:30 and said we would be there by around 10:00AM so we arrived parked and unhook the RV by this time it’s 10:25 still no Caleb!!! Got a text saying he just left the house and would be there in 10-12 minutes. Still no Caleb so I thought everything was cool and we left. Then later I find out he charged me an extra $100 WTF JUST BE Warned!!! After not getting was I thought I payed for I get charged Extra!!!!’ Very dishonest rent at your on risk!!!

I’ve had 5 flawless bookings and then along comes this renter. First off, modified my sway bar system (using my tools and my time) because he didn’t want to pay for a cheap delivery fee including setup. After he kept me and my assistant at departure for over 1 hr and 15 mins and was very rude - proceeded to call me and text me nonstop the entire duration of his trip. I asked him if he left the propane tank (as I usually don’t question the renters) and he couldn’t tell me if the valve was left open or not. So I believe he owed me even more for a propane tank he accidentally wasted. After that, he leaves my sheets and mattress cover with bloodstains and didn’t even bother to strip them off the bed and warm me. Disgusting. Promised if I allowed him to modify my sway bar system (which I was not 100% ok with to begin with) his Jerry-rigged version of a weight distribution broke both my safety tag cables and left the mounting brackets for my Husky XL centerline TS undone and crooked with dents in my frame. He is lucky all I charged him was $100. I could have EASILY added a cleaning fee, repairs in a shop to have it done right, and not to mention the bottle of propane I offered to pay for even though I thought I didn’t deserve that treatment. This guy told me he would STARVE with no propane yet when we went over the rental he didn’t even act interested in using the LP gas features. If you rent to this guy get ready. He’s the classic version of “Mr. Know It All” he was charged the $100 for replacing sheets and the work I had to do to get my sway bar system back like it was. Oh by the way he left my camper UNLOCKED and keys in an unlocked compartment WITHOUT my permission. He’s lucky I didn’t take him to small claims court. Leaves me a 1 star rating it’s ironic the other 5 people have had ZERO problems and this guy was a last second booking I squeezed in for him as he has nowhere else to stay. How rude.
