We rent out our low-mileage RV's and Camper Vans from Fallbrook, CA."Gaviota" is a beautifully converted 2014 Ram Promaster Eco-Diesel capable of 20+mpg on your road trip.She features seating and sleeping for 4 (Two adults, Two kids) as well as a full kitchen, fridge, lighting, solar, and lots of storage space. with Gaviota you'll get 200 miles/night included so you won't find a better long-distance van for your trip!A full-size fixed 6-inch memory-foam bed resides in the rear over a large open storage area with plenty of room to slide long items through. Above the bed is the powerful roof vent fan, keeping the cool air flowing through the van through the vent windows, one of which provides a nice view from the bed.Directly in front of the bed is a divided kitchen area with solid wood counter space, overhead and lower storage trimmed with Walnut, a refrigerator, two-burner stove, and stainless-steel sink with a 7-gallon fresh and grey water capacity.In front of the kitchen is the rear double seat with shoulder belts and Latch for child seats. This seat also converts into a small bed perfect for two kids. There are also two large beautiful widows on either side of the passenger area so they don't miss out on the view.This van is solar-powered by two panels on the roof, with plenty of power to run everything for extended periods.Dogs are welcome for an extra fee (two dogs max).

Cleaning Policy:
Interior: We provide you with a clean and sanitized RV. As long as you return it in the same clean condition as you received it, you won't be charged a cleaning fee. We provide you with a broom and dustpan, small vacuum, and spray cleaner in order to help you clean the RV out after your trip. If the RV is returned in an unsatisfactory condition (i.e. dirty dishes, dirty fridge, food on counters, sand on floor, etc...) you will be charged a $200-$400 cleaning fee.
Exterior: You do not need to wash the outside of the RV.
