4.0It was very nice inside, and they were quick to respond via texts. We never met them when we picked up the van or dropped it off. Their son met us on the pick up and explained as best he could how things worked. Unfortunately, he wasn't overly knowledgeable on the working as he hadn't used it before, but we figured it out as we went. It was a fairly well supplied kitchen, though glasses and cups would have been useful to have. We had to end our trip early so we had to drop it off when they weren't home, but things worked out just fine.
