It was very nice inside, and they were quick to respond via texts. We never met them when we picked up the van or dropped it off. Their son met us on the pick up and explained as best he could how things worked. Unfortunately, he wasn't overly knowledgeable on the working as he hadn't used it before, but we figured it out as we went. It was a fairly well supplied kitchen, though glasses and cups would have been useful to have. We had to end our trip early so we had to drop it off when they weren't home, but things worked out just fine.

Great van! Did everything we needed it to without any issues. Ivan and Nataliya really put effort into this van and making sure everything is set and ready to go for you. Would definitely rent from them again!

We had a great time traversing Washington state in Ivan's van. We stayed in a few of the National Parks including Olympic, Mt. Rainier and even La Push beach and had everything we needed in this well-stocked vehicle. Ivan was very responsive and helpful when we got a flat tire on the road. 100% recommend renting this fabulous home on wheels!

Ivan is pleasant to deal with, explained very well how everything works and had everything ready for us to use on our getaway. Had no issues during our trip and had a smooth and easy return back to owners. Would definitely use and recommend Nataliya and Ivan’s rental in the future.
