They were pleasant to work with and they got back to me very quickly. Hector and Diana were great communicators, responsive and helpful for all our questions.
Cleanliness
The RV was clean when picked up, looking brand new. However, one renter noted owners did not fully clean, with trash and uncleaned grey/black water tanks.

5.0This was our first family trip in a RV van and it was a huge hit! Hector and Diana were incredibly responsive and helpful for all our little questions about how the van worked. We were a little nervous at how the experience would go exploring Colorado, but it went off without a hitch, even for someone who never rented an RV van before. The van was perfect for our needs (not too large like a standard RV, easy to move around in, a bathroom, a fridge and stove on board, a bike rack, and plenty of room for the 4 of us to sleep). The gas milage was incredible considering how much we explored Colorado for 6 days. The van helped us escape one rainy night as well. We felt very safe and cozy away from the weather. Monitoring, filling, and emptying the tanks was real easy as well. We loved the awning too! It helped create a family trip of a lifetime and we couldn't thank Hector and Diana enough for their hospitality. Pictures attached to show how amazing the experience was.

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
Thanks for reaching out! Our standard pick-up (check-in) time is 3:00 PM, and the standard drop-off (check-out) time is 11:00 AM. This allows us enough time to thoroughly clean, sanitize, and prep the RV to ensure the best experience for every guest. That said, we do offer add-on options for early pick-up or late drop-off, depending on availability. If you have specific timing needs, just let us know—we’ll do our best to accommodate and make your trip as convenient as possible!

How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
A.
Plug the power cord into the campsite pedestal and turn the breaker on. Connect the water hose to the “City Water” inlet with the pressure regulator attached. The toilet is a cassette type—when full, remove the tank from the outside compartment, empty it at a dump station, rinse, and slide it back in. Let us know if you need help!
