About Hector's RV rentals
We’re a couple based in Colorado with two little ones and a deep love for the great outdoors. If you're visiting from out of state, you’re in for a treat—Colorado’s crisp mountain air, sunny skies, and stunning landscapes are something special. This was our first family trip in a RV van and it was a huge hit! Hector and Diana were incredibly responsive and helpful for all our little questions about how the van worked. We were a little nervous at how the experience would go exploring Colorado, but it went off without a hitch, even for someone who never rented an RV van before.

Hector and Diane were amazing hosts. They had the van looking brand new when we arrived and were available consistently when we had questions or needed help walking us through how to use a feature when we were confused. They are your go-to host for a van adventure!

We really enjoyed out time in the RV going to Yellowstone and Teton National Parks
The RV was nice, newer for sure being a 2023. The RV was clean when picked up and drove really well and easy. My husband and I have NEVER used an RV before, so there was some learning for us. Hector & Diane shared a video that is a must to review, although it’s brief, I also did some of my own education before going, on YouTube with the cassette toilets. That was super helpful. It was pretty simple, the hook ups etc. We stayed all nights at a RV park and was worth it. Not to busy early in the season. I also needed to call the 800# for the RV Thor Tellaro and they were super helpful. We had coolers, and we did bring our food and cook in the mini kitchen, we are super picky eaters so we did bring some of our own condiments, spices and oils to cook with. It was fine. It was just the 2 of us and our small dog. We will for sure do it again.

Absentee, uncommunicative and unsophisticated owners. I leave 2 stars because the van was objectively new and nice. The owners, however, did not fully clean the van before pickup; there was trash from a prior trip and the grey/black water tanks were not cleaned out. 1 week after we returned the van, the owners made a claim for interior damage, without providing any evidence. I enjoy Outdoorsy and have a deep history of 5-star rental experiences. This is my first non 5-star review. It is clear these owners are not well versed in the rental space.

The 4-day RV trip gave us more love and sharing. Everything in this car is very kinetic, very safe, very spacious, and we have memories of the trip that we can't forget.
