RV was PERFECT for 2 people & could easily handle a small family of 3 or 4.
It was very clean & well taken care of. Communication with Bary was great. Leading up to our trip, I rarely waited more than an hour or so before he answered my questions.
It was delivered, setup, & ready for a quick ‘walk thru’ when we got there.
Interacting with Bary & Athena, you could tell that they really cared & tried to think of everything that a renter might need.
Would highly recommend this RV.

Q.Do you allow the use of the awning?

Yes we do, but there are very specific rules that our guests must follow.
AWNING USE: ONLY in calm sunny weather. CANNOT be used during any wind or rain. Must be closed when leaving the campsite and overnight. DAMAGE will result in loss of your entire security deposit. ($1000)
Q.Do we need a campsite with full hookups? (electric, water, sewer)
A.
For any stay longer than 3 nights, we do require your campsite have full hookups. However, we do offer a 21-gallon waste tank rental, if you choose this option it is the renter's responsibility to empty the tank as needed.
Q.Can I tow your Travel Trailer?
A.
We do not offer towing of our travel trailer. We do offer our camper like a portable Airbnb, where we deliver to your campsite, do all of the setup to help make your stay great, and we breakdown on your checkout day.
Q.Will you offer a 1 night minimum stay?
A.
Yes we will consider a 1 night stay, although the campsite must be within a few minutes of our home base and our nightly rate will be higher.
