Towing is not offered with this unit.Camper includes a private king size bed, twin size folding cot w/pad and reclining sofa (Great for the kids). There is a bar top dining area with huge windows to take in all of the views, folding table for games and activities for the sofa, heated fireplace that can be available in the living space and the bedroom, and a massive open concept great room and kitchen just like a large 5th wheel layout. Don't worry about towing, setup or breakdown yourself. We will setup & breakdown everything for you and you can sit back and watch us back up the trailer. We provide as many amenities as possible that can fit in our camper. We do allow 2 Pets for Free, but please keep bed and sofa covered and clean up all accidents. *No Smoking Allowed inside or near the camper and keep all windows and door closed while using a campfire.*Doggy Wash Free Offer for any of our guests staying at Anchor Down Resort. We are located 5min from the Resort and have a commercial doggy wash/shower onsite. When you book our camper, we will give you one visit for up to 2 pets. 5.0This RV exceeded my expectations. The RV was clean, organized, and truly move-in ready. It was incredibly well-stocked and thoughtfully equipped with just about everything you could need for a comfortable stay. It was clear the owners put a lot of thought into ensuring guests feel at home. The attention to detail made this a stress-free experience. In many RV rentals, I find myself bringing things like paper towels, trash bags, cleaning supplies, extra towels, blankets, pillows and other everyday necessities. Not here. Everything was already provided and readily available. Bary and Athena were thorough in the walk through explaining everything you would need to know about the RV. They were also extremely responsive with timely communication before and throughout the stay. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, turnkey RV experience.

5.0The hosts were fantastic to work with. The RV was clean and ready for us. They even had extra things there for us in case we forgot ours or needed anything. A grill with propane provided was amazing. Our pups were very comfortable and we had plenty of room for 2 adults and 2 kids (8&10) as well as our doodle and Aussie Shepard. 10/10 and we will be repeat customers.

Do you allow use of the awning?

Yes, we do but only use the awning when you need it. Please make sure to put awning away when you leave your site or when you go to bed a night. The awning cannot be used during bad weather or windy conditions.

Do you allow 1 night stay in your camper?

We allow 1-night stays in our camper only at Anchor Down RV Resort in Dandridge, TN. There will be an upcharge for any one night stay.

Do we need a campsite with full hookups? (electric, water, sewer)

For any stay longer than 3 nights, we do require your campsite have full hookups. However, we do offer a 21-gallon waste tank rental, if you choose this option it is the renter's responsibility to empty the tank as needed.

Can I tow your Travel Trailer?
A.
We do not offer towing of our travel trailer. We do offer our camper like a portable Airbnb, where we deliver to your campsite, do all of the setup to help make your stay great, and we breakdown on your checkout day.
