5.0Mike was quick to respond to my messages within a few minutes. Upon pick up, he gave me a thorough run down on how to use the amenities and features his rental offers. Super friendly and informative. The rental was easy to use and I felt it was perfect for our first camping trip. We pretty much just used it to sleep in and used the water hose in the back to rinse off. The fridge stayed cold 24/7 even while the rental was off, so food didnt get spoiled and drinks stayed cold thru the whole trip. My kiddos had a blast and thought it was so cool to sleep on the top bed at night. Enough room for the wife and I on the bottom foldable bed to sleep comfortably. The ride was surprisingly smooth being it's a '99 model year and engine felt healthy. Taking turns on the windy mountain roads was a breeze like i was driving a smaller vehicle. It was such a pleasant experience overall with Mike and his rental.

5.0Everything about the experience was fantastic--airport pickup and dropoff were very easy and convenient, Mike did a great job explaining everything we needed to know about the van, and the old 1999 handled great up in Sequoia and Kings Canyon. The pop-top made it easy to stand inside and made it feel a lot bigger, and the cabinets were nice for organization. Would happily rent from Mike again if we're back in the area!
