This is the second year my family has used First Class RVs services and they are absolutely INCREDIBLE! First Class is always prompt, allowing us to stay right on schedule and squeeze as much time as a family comfortably in the clean and beautiful camper. I would recommend First Class to anyone who wants to camp but does not have an RV of their own... In fact I already have! No Smoking: Smoking inside the unit is strictly prohibited. If any evidence of smoking is found, a service fee of $500 will be deducted from your security deposit, along with any additional cleaning costs. Roof Access: Guests are not permitted on the roof of the unit. Speed Limits: Please adhere to all posted speed limits. Preparation and Sanitation Fee: A mandatory charge of $100 will apply for preparation and sanitation. This is not a cleaning fee; the unit must be cleaned by the renters. Pet Policy: Bringing a pet into the unit without prior approval will result in a $500 fine, deducted from your security deposit. Waste Tank Charges: A $100 fee will be applied if the unit is returned with a full black or gray tank. Late Return Penalty: If the unit is returned late or if you have not completely vacated the unit by the designated pickup time, a penalty of $50 per hour will be charged.
