5.0John was a breeze to deal with. This was our first time renting a camper and were a little nervous about the process. John responded quickly to any question I had. He delivered a clean and well kept camper on time and picked up after we had left our final day of camping. Would highly recommend :)

4.5John was VERY accommodating/flexible. Such a kind man. Had a little issue w/ kitchen water pipe. John promptly attended to it. NO disruption to our camping experience. He was readily available to answer any questions re: the camper and the mechanics. Would highly recommend. My sister and I both rented campers. He graciously delivered them early Friday am instead of Friday afternoon. Our family may do another family camping reunion in the future. I will definitely rent again if needed :)

5.0Everything was excellent! Seamless pickup and drop off. Everything worked and functioned great! And if you communicate with John, he throws in little perks that just make it a great, and hassle free, trip! Would recommend and use him again!

4.5As always, Black Dog Rec is amazing. Had some questions about dumping the grey water and John is ready and happy to help. The trailer is clean and the set and take down is efficient as always. Loved it and will use again!
