I am only offering Deliver and Pick-Up only at this time for my trailer. That does include setup and break down also. Due to recent events of renters pulling and small accidents I feel better if I do the pulling on this travel trailer. I am charging $75.00 as a fee. I have NO other Add On Fees. I think this is very fair to the renter and in some cases will lose money but I feel better to do it myself and know that it is set up correctly. I know many people have camped and pulled a longer Trailer on here before and had no problems but I've had some that haven't so hope you understand my decision at this time. I have no other add on fees like some rentals on here and $75.00 as you truck drivers know will probably not even cover gas for two round trips but I have less worry. I have delivered most of the time from this site. I go north to Lake Texhoma and down to Lake Whitney in south. I try to stay in the north Texas area, no longer than two hours drive but please ask for a longer location.Fun and room for the whole family while enjoying the outdoors. Take the kids and a few extra friends while traveling in this light weight travel trailer with a bunkhouse.
Step inside and find a queen size mattress and 19 in Hdtv in the main bedroom with doors to close for privacy. In the main living area you will notice the one slide out for a roomy feel for the sofa and large u shaped dinette. The sofa converts to a queen size bed and the dinette also makes into a bed. The entertainment system features a 32 inch tv, blue ray dvd with inside and outdoor speakers. It has radio, CD/DVD hookup and is Bluetooth capable from your phone.
Bathroom features a tub/shower combo.
The bunkhouse has four separate beds that are 32x74" with a wardrobe and tv shelf. it also has a 32 in LCD tv with a bluray DVD player.
Exterior features include a passthrough storage and rear storage. There is also an outside kitchen that features a refrigerator, single sink and double cooktop with a workspace. It also has a Weber grill that runs off propane. You can enjoy meals under the lighted electronic awning. Also included are six mesh chairs, folding table and a 10x10 canopy.
It has most of the things you need for camping. Included are comforters, sheets and pillows. Towels and washcloths for the bathroom. The kitchen supplies include Kueric coffee maker, 12 cup coffee maker, ice maker, waffle maker, blender, toaster, pots and pans, coffee mugs, cups, plates, silverware and most kitchen utensils. A good supply of paper and plastic plates and utensils are available if you need them. A full list of everything in trailer will be sent to you before your rental or request it now.
Plugs into 30 amp.
Pickup and Return times are flexible.
Can deliver to local lake or park and set it up for you. I will also empty the black water tank for you when returned so you don't have to worry about that experience.
I do have a couple of tents (6 person and two 4 person tents if the kids still want to rough it. Various board games and cards available for the kids for rainy days (hopefully no rain) and also outside games such as Whiffle Ball, horseshoes, badmitton, soccer ball, footballs, and volleyball available.

Really been having some fun with the trailer out camping. Just have been to local places but hope to get to go on longer trips. Also, like to see other people with opportunity to do some camping so that's one if the reason I am doing the rental.
