I have a couple of travel trailers in Arlington TX. I started camping and after a few camping trips I really enjoyed being outside in nature. I heard about renting the travel trailer out and figured I would let other people enjoy the camping experience. Over time, I have added additional trailers which are now keeping me pretty busy. My mission is to provide you with a reliable and well-maintained travel trailer, exceptional customer service, and an unforgettable camping experience. We got the best RV and the owner. Such a nice, neat spacious camper for us. Everyone in our church camp loved how spacious and beautiful this RV is. Thank you Todd for making our camping trip fun and memorable.

Communication with Jeff was great! We rented the unit for a family get together and it was perfect. It was clean and well maintained with everything that we needed. Will definitely rent from Jeff again.

Todd has us set up before we even arrived. The described amenities were located on board and the camper was very clean. We appreciated having an easier time camping with this setup. We briefly met Todd on departure and he was very kind and also checked in about everything. Would rent again!

Mr. Todd was great!!!! He delivered on time as agreed. He made sure I understood how to operate everything and all amenities were clean and well stocked. Even when I had a question during my trip he responded immediately!!!! I will be renting an RV from him the next time I need one!! Thank you for the exceptional service!!

I normally do not write reviews unless they are good, but this one I feel the need to. I reserved the camper for 3 days, starting at 11 am on April 23. A month before our date, I sent a request through Outdoorsy to the owner asking if I could have it delivered between 8-9:30, since the gates close at 10. My fault for not saying AM, but since my reservations were supposed to start at 11, I assumed that meant I would like it earlier, AND I did state I was willing to pay extra. Needless to say, our time came and went that morning, and I messaged the owner numerous times, but received no response. He finally called and apologized because he thought I meant at night. My issue was that he could have clarified that when I sent the request, and even offered to pay extra for that. We finally received the camper at 3 in the afternoon, which was way past our original booking time frame, and it could not be delivered because the gates were closed. My husband eventually brought it in, and when he did, the battery level was low. This was an issue because we had no electricity or water at our location. Thankfully, we brought a booster pack with us for the trip. As we set up the camper, the glide would not roll out. Finally, after a phone call with no help, my husband, who is a mechanic, was able to get it roll it out, AFTER we charged the battery. We then tried to get the awning out, and it would never retract, so we were unable to use it. This was an issue because we were in a parking lot with no shade. I have contacted the owner for some sort of a refund, but again, there has been no communication from his side. extremely disappointed in this rental and will never rent again.

Rentals do not start at 11am. They can start at any time during the day when I deliver the trailer or the trailer is picked up. I try to get the RV to you and set up before you get to the site. I was thinking evening because people get off after work and arrive around 830 and you didn't mention AM. I arrived at 3 but did not want to pull it in until 5 as I was told by the staff it would need to stay out until the gate reopened and didn't want to get in trouble and lose the ability to deliver to that location in the future. Your husband wanted to sneak it in so he took it. If battery is low the slide will need enough power to turn the motors. The generator needed to be started and it would have provided all the power needed for the slide motors. As long as the generator is on you have adequate power for the slide and trailer. As far as the awning it has a wind sensor and will not roll out if the wind is high to avoid costly wind damage. I am sorry the trip didn't go as expected

Todd had great communication with me before drop off and also explained everything we needed to know after set up of the RV! The camper was clean and had everything we needed - including linens! That was super convenient!! It was also very clean! I would definitely recommend renting from him and look forward to renting again myself!

The camper was exactly what we needed! Todd was very helpful throughout the trip with the camper and answered any questions we had. Very clean and nice camper. Will definitely be using Todd again for future trips!
