But, it was the incredible ever changing vistas, the raw humbling nature, and the amazingly generous people made it impossible to leave. I have planted my roots here working as a Nurse, and I absolutely love to help others experience this spectacular and rare part of our planet, my home, Alaska. I rock and Ice climb, I horseback ride and ATV ride, I snow-machine and bike, I ice-skate and ski, I kayak, sail and paddle board, I fish and forage, I hike and camp, and I enjoy the many Microbreweries and delicious food you can find in any little town-even 90 miles off the main road.
