Jonathan was a terrific host - very responsive and quick to give us tips on using his Sprinter RV. We had a great weekend exploring around Florida's Gulf coast!

Very nice host. It was extremely frustrating to not get the van with propane tank full. The outlets never worked and the waste water was full when we got it. The main door wasn’t working on arrival either. We spent a good deal trying to figure out how to run the rv components of the van. We were given a video which was the most frustrating part because when your on the road sometimes you don’t have time to watch a video. A guide would of been better. I was never given a walk through on the basics. Not the vans faults just wasn’t a good experience.

RV's can be a little more complicated to use than a traditional home. Unfortunately, as a host who took the time to make a detailed walk through video and write a detailed manual, it is frustrating when guests do not take 11 minutes to watch the video, or open the manual. Carlos states here that I did not send him a guide, but in fact I did. The video contains a detailed walk through of the van, which I made after providing many in-person walk throughs so that guests do not have to remember everything from an in-person walk through. The outlets and door work perfectly fine. The guest just did not review the materials provided and did not know how to turn on the house battery. The waste water was also not full, there was just "something" stuck on the sensor in the black tank, which is very common as the "stuff" that is in black tanks tends to get stuck on the sensors. The guests even emptied the tank and acknowledged the sensor still showed 67%.

My experience was great. However, I would like to experience different layout or floor plans of sprinters for future travel.

This was my wife and I's first RV experience. It was great. The RV worked very well and it was the perfect size to start with. Jonathan was very helpful and easy to work with.

Pearli the van is beautiful! The pictures on the listing are very accurate. I got so many compliments about the van during my trip. This was my first van/rv trip, but driving it was pretty easy just had to get used to the size of the vehicle but of course the back up cameras and sensors really helped! I had drove up to new york and even on the crowded tiny streets of long island, i was still able to maneuver the van without any problems. I slept great in the bed. The bathroom with shower is very convenient. Pretty much everything in the van is controlled by a touch screen and it all worked without any technical issues! Jonathan is very responsive and helpful. He showed me everything i needed to know about the van and answered any questions i had right away during the trip. I’m a female traveling alone, but i felt really safe and secure in the van at night at rest stops so that’s a major plus! Overall it was a great experience!

This was perfect for our trip to NC. We rented a cabin, but wanted the trip up and back to be as comfortable as possible for our 2 kids, my mom, and our dog. The bathroom on board is a game changer if you have kids and don't want to make too many stops. It was also great to be able to make sandwiches and have plenty of snacks available for everyone on board. The van is very roomy, drives great, and exactly what we needed for our trip. We will definitely be renting again for our next trip!
