3Very nice host. It was extremely frustrating to not get the van with propane tank full. The outlets never worked and the waste water was full when we got it. The main door wasn’t working on arrival either. We spent a good deal trying to figure out how to run the rv components of the van. We were given a video which was the most frustrating part because when your on the road sometimes you don’t have time to watch a video. A guide would of been better. I was never given a walk through on the basics. Not the vans faults just wasn’t a good experience.
