There is a hot tub for your enjoyment as well as a beautiful treed grassy area that is private. Do not use trash enclosure.Please leave the front porch and rear deck lights on when you depart.Garage access is not availableThere is no cable or live TV. There is a complete open fire ban year round in San Bernardino County. If you light a fire anywhere no matter how small you will be reported to the sheriff and fire department. The neighbors will call. Absolutely NO dogs. We have family members who are hypoallergenic. If the cleaner finds any dog hair we will charge a $500 cleaning fee.
