Responsive, helpful, but occasional cancellations
Tylor & Shannon are praised for quick communication, detailed setup instructions, and accommodating flexibility. However, multiple bookings were canceled, including one on the day of departure.
Inconsistent cleanliness and missing items
While practical for families with bunk beds and easy to pull, multiple guests reported inconsistent cleanliness (filthy, mold, dust), broken awning/skillet, and missing TV/camp mat despite being listed.

1.0Do not rent from these people!!!! The camper was a disgusting mess. Not "hotel clean" as described in the Outdoorsy policy. The microwave was filled with old nasty crumbs, there was some sort of black mold in the drawer organizer for the silverware, the sink and shower were a disgusting mess. Dust all over the place. The black tank was 3/4 of the way full so that means I'm hauking around other people's dookie while the host charges to empty it. We ran out of water after a day because the fresh tank leaks so I had to spend another 40 dollars to refill it so I could shower. The screen to the one window is all blown out. Really keeps the bugs out. When they were contacted by Outdoorsy about a refund, they had the audacity to refuse to give me my money back. I would recommend sleeping under a bridge. You'll have a better experience.
