Very clean and well maintained trailer. Boondocked for a week in Yellowstone with no issues. Two thing to be cognizant of: if you are towing it yourself, the anti-sway/weight-distribution car hitch is not included. Trailer itself has the requisite hardware, just no ball hitch is provided. Also, trailer cannot be plugged into the provided generator as the plugs do not match. The generator is also loud and very heavy. Recommend bringing your own if planning to boondock.
Otherwise, we certainly will plan to rent again if we find ourselves venturing through the Spokane area! Very accommodating pickup and drop off.

This was an absolute nightmare experience and our family vacation was ruined. The toilet leaked the first time it was used. The trailer was dirty when we picked it up and despite being willing to deal with these things the owner was very rude and that just made things horrible.

I was more than accommodating driving to Idaho twice without a delivery fee paid . The trailer was professionally cleaned and pre trip photos were taken and a walkthrough had been done with renters before they took the trailer. When we were informed of the leak I offered to have it immediately fixed or the trailer picked up for maintenance with a full refund. The renters then returned the trailer to a parking lot an hr from the return spot . Needless to say they were trying to get a free trip and trying to get out of paying the listed prices for delivery . The guests were impossible to please and just trying to get a free trip .
