Brand NEW! NO, Really, Super NEW! 2022 Forest River Salem Hemisphere 26Bbhl Bunkhouse travel trailer fully equipped with all things necessary for you to enjoy camping with your family. It features a powered awning with LED lights to brighten your nights and keep you protected from the elements, easy to use electric stabilizing jacks, 3 burner stove top, microwave, large sink, a couch that folds into a small bed as well has a 270 degree dinette that converts into a bed, and 2 rear bunks that can each easily fit an adult with room to spare. Built in speakers both inside and outside powered by a bluetooth stereo, central AC and Heater controlled with a digital thermometer, a front private queen bedroom, a full bathroom with shower with a separate rear entry door for easy access that also serves as a mud room for those messy trips to the beach or river with kids.
Towing Information:
-Weight Distribution Hitch, and Friction Bar included for a safe, worry free, drive.
-We require a Trailer Brake Control to be installed. (Most newer Pick-up Trucks and SUV's are built with the from factory.)
- Drop down shank available if needed for lifted vehicles.
-NO lowered/LOW profile vehicles allowed.

Smoking Policy - Smoking/Vaping is prohibited within the rental, please refrain from smoking in or around the travel trailer, if it is determined that the unit was smoked in, you will be subject to loss of your full security deposit, in addition to the cost associated to restoration, repairs, AND any business lost due to repair time.
Fire PIT Smoke/ BBQ Grill Smoke Policy- Please refrain from using BBQ grill or Fire Pit in close proximity to trailer. Smoke Damage to interior and/or awning will be subject to loss of your security deposit, in addition to the cost associated with restoration, repairs AND any business lost due to repair time.
