We just returned from an unforgettable adventure to the New River Gorge, West Virginia, in the 2018 Thor Freedom Elite 24HE, and we’re absolutely thrilled with everything about this trip! 🚐 Host & Booking Kevin was an exceptional host from start to finish. He answered our questions quickly, walked us through every feature of the RV during pickup, and made us feel completely at ease. His responsiveness and helpful attitude truly enhanced our experience..   🏕️ Comfort & Layout The RV was spotless and thoughtfully equipped. With three comfortable sleeping areas, a full kitchen (stove, microwave, fridge), inside shower, and two TVs, we felt right at home. There was ample storage for our gear, and the interior felt spacious and well-laid-out—perfect for our family of four.  👍 Why We Loved It • Excellent host – clear, helpful, and responsive • Easy to drive, park, and handle tight roads • Good on gas—1/2 tank is all it took to get from Charlotte to West Virginia!!! • Well-equipped for a family getaway • Great storage and comfortable living space ✅ Highly recommend! I loved his effective and efficient process on picking up and returning camper, overviewing how to utilize camper was very fast and comprehensive. 5.0Tons of space, easy driving, light weight and easy to navigate. Everything needed was available from kitchen to cleaning stuff to hoses and etc. it was a breath of fresh air for this newbie.

5.0It turned out to be even easier than we expected! The RV was absolutely perfect—just the right size and fully equipped with everything we needed. We truly enjoyed our stay, and the kids had an amazing time traveling in it—they were all smiles the whole trip! Kevin, the owner, was incredibly kind and attentive. He took the time to explain everything we needed to know for our trip, which made us feel very comfortable and well-prepared.

4.0Kevin was super helpful at getting us up and running with the RV. The unit was clean and all major systems worked well. The only challenge for us was that the backup camera was not working at the time of our rental, which made things a little interesting for a first time RV driver. Overall, good rig and helpful owner! Good experience.

Kevin’s binder that he has to help with setting up and breaking down is awesome! So thorough and easy to understand. His pre trip walk thorough was very informative, as well.
