1.0Host was extremely unresponsive and quite frankly unprofessional. NEVER sent us any instruction nor met with us to do any walk thru for the van. I had no clue of the pick up time/location, or any essential information. Again, zero contact and information, yet we were charge a safety deposit for something that was never explained. (I would have happily complied if it had been explained and or written in the listing) Van was nice and roomy but the experience was spoiled by the lack of care from the host. His fire and forget attitude is off putting and disrespectful to renters.

5.0It was our first ever overseas trip and using Outdoorsy we had an amazing wonderful trip using Steve's beautiful well maintained RAM Van. It severed our needs perfectly without being too big to drive. Steve is new to Outdoorsy and we did have a few little problems but all in all the van made or trip an experience we won't forget. My son is currently living in LA and if we go back to visit again I will be contacting Steve again to rent out his great Van which was mechanically sound which was reassuring crossing those vast deserts between thee wonderful National parks. Which included Yosemite, Sequoia, Kings Canyon, Bryce Canyon, Grand Canyon and Joshua Trees over 17 days with a trip up the California Coast to San Francisco. Thanks so much Steve for the use your Van. Trip was just mind blowing.
