This camper is easy to tow (with the correct vehicle). The full length automatic awning, outdoor carpet, and detachable grill make enjoying the outdoors perfect. Entertainment on rainy days is no problem with 3 TVs, 2 DVD players and plenty of room for 6 or more people. There is plenty of storage and the separated garage with the push button raiseing and lowering queen bed is great for privacy and to haul ATVs, motercycles, or bicycles for the whole family. Also there is a 20gal fueling station for the gas toys.
Tow vehicle must have -
1. 7900lb towing capacity
2. Electric brake controller
3. 7 blade trailer plug outlet
4. 2 5/16 in ball on weight distributing hitch, and friction sway bar (available to rent).

1. No smoking.
2. No climbing on the roof.
3. No removing the TV's.
4. Clean dishes, cookware, coffee pot after use.
5. No more than 1000lbs in garage area.
6. No tampering with GPS system.
7. Propane must be full when returned or there will be a fee of $3.00 per lb.
8. Grey water and black tank must be emptied and cleaned or there will be a fee $75.
9. Camper must be returned clean (the same as you received it) or there will be a $465.00 cleaning fee.
