This trailer truly is a load of fun for anyone that enjoys tailgating or the outdoors.The main bedroom offers a King sized bed with a 3in mattress topper (Super Comfortable)and USB charging ports for your devices. It has a closet for hanging clothes as well as plenty of drawers for storage/folding clothes.The main bathroom has a full sized shower and toilet.The slide-out living area has a three seat reclining sofa, a 32" mounted smart TV and a Bluetooth radio with indoor and outdoor speakers.The kitchen has a propane cooktop, oven, microwave and refrigerator/freezer. Cookware is provided as well as a coffee maker and most cooking utensils.The "garage area" offers a queen sized bunk bed that has the ability to function as a dining table with bench seating. The garage is 13' in length and 72"-84" tall which would be perfect to haul some of your favorite toys. The garage is separated by a wall and door from the main living area and also has its own toilet and sink. The garage is equipped with AC/heat vents and has its own access door separate from the main entry door.The exterior has an 18' rollout canopy with LED lights. A 30 gallon fuel tank that feeds the fuel station for your toys and the generator. Also equipped with a 6 point leveling system for sturdy night sleep.**The ramp also functions as a fenced in outdoor patio that is great for pets or just sitting out and enjoying the weather. Tyler made this the best experience I have ever had renting an RV ! Tyler and his wife went above and beyond! The welcome basket of snacks for our daughter was a nice surprise! The RV was clean, well appointed, and ready to go. When the weather took an unexpected turn for the cold, Tyler came back and wrapped all the hoses to protect against the anticipated freeze. They even called and asked if we needed fresh towels, etc., during our stay! First class all the way!
